Defensible Space Consultation – Real Estate Coordination

Are you a real estate agent or Realtor listing a property located in a High or Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone? This service is designed to support agents and sellers by providing defensible space consultation and administrative coordination related to the AB-38 inspection process.

This package includes all services from the Standard Defensible Space and Home Hardening Package, including a full exterior property assessment and a written report outlining defensible space and home-hardening recommendations based on publicly available fire-authority guidance. In addition, Fireside Defensible Space Consultants assists with requesting and coordinating communication with the Los Angeles County Fire Department for the official AB-38 inspection.

This service is limited to consultation and coordination only. Inspection scheduling, timelines, and issuance of certified clearance documentation are determined solely by the fire department. Fireside Defensible Space Consultants does not control, expedite, or influence inspection outcomes or timelines.
